Follow up callsYour installation coordinator will call you before your account is installed to make sure services have been ordered correctly and to let you know when your account will be converted to our services. Your installation coordinator will then follow up with you after install to make sure that all services converted correctly and accurately before your account is turned over to our Customer Relations Team.
Continued support after installationOnce your account has been successfully converted to our services, your account will be assigned to an experienced Customer Relations Representative where all your questions and requests will be answered live by a team member--quickly and efficiently without long hold times or having to navigate through a phone menu.
