How do we achieve a world class customer support ranking?To help us understand where we are exceeding and where we need improvement we proactively call all our customers one week, one month and three months after their initial install to make sure we are living up to our promise of providing world class customer support. We have a series of questions we ask the customers and at the end we ask them to rank us on a scale of 1 to 10. In our eyes, anything below a 7 is unacceptable and we take immediate action to improve our level of service.
